Full-time schedule of 39 hours per week. The service is provided from Monday to Sunday through a rotating shift system, so full availability will be required, as morning, afternoon, and night shifts are performed (the latter will be occasional). The usual time frame will be between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
You will work approximately 1 out of every 3 weekends, compensated with 2 consecutive days off during the week.

To be eligible for this customer service manager position, you must meet the following training and experience requirements:
Provide a minimum of 1 year of demonstrable experience performing customer support or telephone management tasks.

Como gestor o gestora de atención al cliente, tu misión principal será asegurar una comunicación excelente y una gestión de transporte eficiente. Las responsabilidades principales que asumirás en este puesto son las siguientes:
Atención directa a las personas usuarias mediante el teléfono, mail o WhatsApp.
Gestión y registro de reservas en el sistema
Coordinación de transportes inmediatos
Resolución y gestión de incidencias
Contratación inicial de 6 meses por empresa + posibilidades reales de indefinido

Jornada completa de 39 horas semanales. El servicio se presta de lunes a domingo mediante un sistema de turnos rotativos por lo que será necesario tener disponibilidad total ya que se realizan turnos de mañana, tarde y noche (este último se realizará de manera puntual) La frnaja habitual será entre las 8:00 y las 00:00
