From Adecco, we are recruiting a Customer Service and Order Management Administrator for a company located in Catarroja.
What will your duties be?
Customer service and management of inquiries, incidents, and complaints.
Coordination with different departments to provide solutions to customer needs.
Management of warranties, returns, and tracking of related documentation.
Recording and updating information in internal systems and management platforms.
Monitoring service quality and supporting the improvement of customer service processes.
Compliance with internal procedures and data protection regulations.
Salary: €1,900 gross per month + meal voucher
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Contract until December 26, 2026
Location: Catarroja
More than 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or after-sales management.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
An organized, resourceful, and proactive person.
Proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or others.

Atención al cliente y gestión de consultas, incidencias y reclamaciones.
Coordinación con diferentes departamentos para dar solución a las necesidades de los clientes.
Gestión de garantías, devoluciones y seguimiento de documentación relacionada.
Registro y actualización de información en sistemas internos y plataformas de gestión.
Seguimiento de la calidad del servicio y apoyo en la mejora de procesos de atención al cliente.
Cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y normativa de protección de datos.
Salario: 1.900€ brutos mensuales + ticket restaurante
Horario:
Lunes a jueves de 8:30h a 18:00h
Viernes de 8:00h a 14:00h
Contratación hasta el 26 de diciembre de 2026
