As an Advisor for Customer Service on our team, you will:

We will make a great team if you have:

- Assist customers by applying the established arguments and guidelines
- Interact through various channels (phone, email, chat, contact form, etc.) with customers and users of the different portals in the client's business units
- Respond to questions and/or resolve customer issues quickly while meeting the KPIs established and agreed upon with your supervisor
- Know and stay up to date on our products, policies, and user/customer guidelines so you can provide a correct response at all times to customer questions
- Process orders, forms, and/or requests as necessary in your position

- Native or proficient level of Spanish + Galician or Basque
- Organizational, problem-solving, and structuring skills, with effectiveness in responding to unexpected situations
- Ease of communication at all levels, building both internal and external relationships
- Sensitivity to service requirements and customer needs
- Results and customer orientation
- Ability to work with various computer systems
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Previous experience with switchboards, CRMs such as 365 Dynamics, ERPs such as Navision, or other knowledge of common customer service tools will be valued

- Atender a los clientes aplicando los argumentos y directrices establecidos
- Interactuar por diversos canales (teléfono, correo, chat, formulario de contacto etc...) con clientes y usuarios de los diferentes portales en las unidades de negocio del cliente
- Responder a las preguntas y/o resolver los problemas de los clientes rápidamente cumpliendo los KPI establecidos y acordados con su supervisor
- Conocer y estar actualizado sobre nuestros productos, servicios y políticas de usuarios/clientes para que pueda dar una respuesta correcta en todo momento a las preguntas de los clientes
- Procesar pedidos, formularios y /o peticiones según sea necesario en su puesto

- Un nivel nativo o proficiente de Español + gallego o euskera
- Capacidad de resolución, organización y estructura y eficacia en respuesta a imprevistos
- Facilidad de comunicación a todo nivel, relación interna y externas
- Sensibilidad a los requerimientos del servicio y a las necesidades de los clientes
- Orientación a cliente y resultados
- Habilidad para trabajar con sistemas informáticos variados
- Mantener una actitud positiva, empática y profesional hacia los clientes y/o en todo momento
- Experiencia previa con centralitas, CRMs como 365 Dynamics, ERP como Navision u otros conocimientos en herramientas usuales en atención al cliente, serán valoradas
