Join our team as a Customer Relations Assistant!

If you are passionate about customer service and feel comfortable working with digital tools, this is the place for you! We are looking for the ideal profile to join the customer service team at Leroy Merlin, ensuring that every purchase ends with a great experience.

You will be the point of reference for the customer. Your job is to ensure that the end of our customers' visit and purchase is simple, agile, and personal.

• Customer experience management: You will handle payments at the checkout, through any available payment method. You will also process complementary services such as financing or the benefits of the Leroy Merlin Club by offering our loyalty card.

• Support and resolution: You will handle returns or complaints, always with a constructive attitude focused on finding the best solution. You will provide confidence and security to the customer, advising them so they find the product that meets all their needs.

• Omnichannel management: You will manage inquiries about orders placed both in-store and online.

• Ensuring processes: You will ensure that all internal procedures are rigorously followed. You will always seek the balance with an optimal experience.

• Acompañamiento y resolución: Atenderás devoluciones o reclamaciones, siempre con una actitud constructiva y orientada a encontrar la mejor solución. Aportarás confianza y seguridad al cliente, asesorándolo para que encuentre el producto que responda a todas sus necesidades.

• Gestión Omnicanal: Gestionarás consultas sobre pedidos realizados tanto en tienda como online.

• Garantizar procesos: Asegurarás que todos los procedimientos internos se cumplen de forma rigurosa. Buscarás siempre el equilibrio con una experiencia óptima.
