Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Higher education or technical training.
Previous experience as a CTO, Director of Technology, or in technology leadership positions, with proven ability to take on the company's technology leadership.

Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Artificial Intelligence solutions, IoT, and data platforms is highly valued.
Knowledge and experience in DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps practices.
Experience in technological transformation, modernizing applications, and adopting new tools and methodologies.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage change, and foster a culture oriented towards innovation and continuous improvement.
Strategic profile with a business orientation, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a passion for technology.
Experience in application development and in the practical application of AI technologies to software development will be valued.
