MISSION Ensure the correct implementation of new functionalities in Salesforce Servicing CRM to improve the relationship with customers and distributors, working cross-functionally with the impacted areas and departments. Lead the functional phase of project execution in terms of time, cost, and quality, ensuring the business vision and prioritization of the Product Backlog. Support the definition of requirements and the vendor procurement process (RFP), ensuring solutions with minimal technical debt, scalability, and alignment with the product. Participate in change management activities (documentation, training, communication) to facilitate the adoption and effective use of the implemented solutions. PROFILE Education: Degree in Engineering or Telecommunications, Computer Science, or similar. Additional training: Experience in client management, finance, or operations (valuable). Liderar la fase funcional de proyectos, gestionando entregas en tiempo, calidad y coste, actuando como interlocutor con IT y áreas implicadas. Priorizar el Product Backlog, elaborar User Stories, participar en refinamientos, Scrum, Retros y análisis de causa raíz para mejorar procesos y resultados. Definir y mantener un plan de releases detallando hitos, dependencias, fases y responsables, garantizando un delivery efectivo. Coordinar y ejecutar casos de prueba en fases de testing, asegurando la calidad del producto final en colaboración con stakeholders técnicos y funcionales. Apoyar en la definición de requerimientos y procesos de adjudicación a proveedores externos (RFP), asegurando soluciones de mínima deuda técnica, escalabilidad y alineadas con el producto. Participar en actividades de gestión del cambio (documentación, formación, comunicación) para facilitar la adopción y uso efectivo de las soluciones implementadas. PERFIL Formación: Ingeniería o Grado en Telecomunicaciones, Informática o similares. Formación complementaria: Experiencia en gestión de clientes, finanzas o operaciones (valorable). Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en gestión de herramientas Salesforce Core, gestión de proyectos y metodologías Agile en roles similares. Conocimientos: Salesforce (certificaciones valoradas muy positivamente). Herramientas avanzadas MS Office. Gestión simultánea de múltiples iniciativas relacionadas con atención y procesos de usuario.
