At Natulim we are looking for a Creative Producer with a strong focus on storytelling and video architecture. This role will be responsible for leading the creative process of our audiovisual pieces: from conceptualization to production and supervision of final editing.
We are looking for someone who thinks through the content, builds effective narratives, and turns ideas into clear, structured, impactful videos.
Conceptualize ideas and briefs to turn them into clear and effective audiovisual pieces.
Design the video structure: hooks, script outline, pacing, rhythm, and shot sequence.
Create engaging storytelling adapted to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
Direct the production: coordinate with videographers, indicate what to shoot and how.
Make narrative adjustments when necessary.
Maintain visual and brand consistency across all content.
Analyze content performance and propose improvements.
Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams.
Proven experience as a Creative Producer, Creative Strategist, or Content Lead.
Strong ability to create storytelling and structure videos.
Deep knowledge of formats and trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Aesthetic sensitivity and visual judgment oriented toward lifestyle, beauty, or sustainability.
Experience working with videographers and editors.

En Natulim buscamos un/a Creative Producer con una fuerte orientación a storytelling y arquitectura de vídeo. Este rol será responsable de liderar el proceso creativo de nuestras piezas audiovisuales: desde la conceptualización hasta la producción y la supervisión del montaje final.
Buscamos a alguien que piense el contenido, construya narrativas efectivas y convierta ideas en vídeos claros, estructurados y con impacto.
