The Creative Marketing team is the bridge between business, data, and creativity, helping Fever's experiences connect with audiences worldwide. We research, conceptualize, and craft campaigns, producing audiovisual and digital content that brings our projects to life. By collaborating across teams, we ensure every experience is supported with creative strategies and insights that make an impact.

As our Creative Strategy Lead, you will be the visionary leader responsible for aligning our brand's creative direction with overarching business priorities across all verticals. You will empower and develop a high-performing team of strategy managers, transforming complex market challenges into clear, actionable frameworks that fuel high-impact campaigns. By bridging the gap between data-driven performance and bold creative ambition, you will champion a culture of rigorous experimentation, cross-functional synergy, and scalable efficiency to accelerate global business growth.
