Creative Community Manager en España

At We Are Social Madrid we are looking for a Community Manager for several of our accounts.

We need someone passionate about communities. We are looking for someone who enjoys planning calendars with precision, listening to (or rather reading) the audience, managing comments quickly and creatively, and turning them into creative and/or reactive opportunities for brands. And who, eventually, is not afraid to get out there and generate their own content!

If your natural habitat is direct conversation on social media and you have a fine radar for the tone of voice of each channel, this is your opportunity!

• Creating content calendars. Eventually, you may need to get out there to generate content.  
• Coordinating, scheduling, and ensuring the correct publication of content on the different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Becoming the voice of the brand on social media, fostering engagement and generating native, fresh, and real-time interactions.
• Answering questions, managing direct messages, and moderating comments with empathy, speed, and within the established tone for each account.
• Constantly monitoring what is said about the brand, detecting creative opportunities, managing potential crisis situations, and reporting relevant insights about user sentiment.
• Working hand in hand with the Accounts and Creative teams to relay direct community feedback and optimize the publication strategy.

• Previous experience of at least 3 years, specifically focused on community management, moderation, and content planning in an agency or brand.
• Impeccable grammar, and the ability to adapt your words to the brand's tone to respond from a witty comment on TikTok to a user's question.
• Fluency with publishing, scheduling, and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, or similar).
• Composure, diplomacy, and judgment to handle complaints, delicate comments, or potential reputation situations.
• Ability to manage complex publication calendars, meet deadlines, and maintain order during peak activity.
• Constant curiosity about the language of social media, the memes of the moment, and how users interact on each platform.

• High level of English.

En We Are Social Madrid buscamos a un/a Community Manager para varias de nuestras cuentas.

Necesitamos una persona apasionada de las comunidades. Buscamos a alguien que disfrute planificando calendarios con precisión, escuchando (o más bien leyendo) a la audiencia, gestionando comentarios con rapidez y creatividad, y transformándolos en oportunidades creativas y/o reactivas para las marcas. Y que, eventualmente, ¡no no le tenga miedo a salir a la calle a conseguir sus propios recursos!

Si tu hábitat natural es la conversación directa en redes y tienes un radar fino para el tono de voz de cada canal, ¡esta es tu oportunidad!

• Elaborar los calendarios de contenidos. Eventualmente puede que te toque salir a la calle a generar contenido.  
• Coordinar, programar y asegurar la correcta publicación del contenido en las diferentes plataformas (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Convertirte en la voz activa de la marca en redes, fomentando la conversación, el engagement y generando interacciones nativas, frescas y en tiempo real.
• Responder dudas, gestionar mensajes directos y moderar comentarios con empatía, rapidez y dentro del tono fijado para cada cuenta.
• Monitorizar constantemente lo que se dice de la marca, detectar oportunidades creativas, gestionar posibles focos de crisis y reportar insights relevantes del sentimiento del usuario.
• Trabajar mano a mano con el equipo de Cuentas y Creatividad para trasladar el feedback directo de la comunidad y optimizar la estrategia de publicación.

• Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años, enfocada específicamente en la gestión de comunidades, moderación y planificación de contenidos en agencia o marca.
• Gramática impecable, y capacidad de adaptar las palabras al tono de la marca para responder desde un comentario ingenioso en TikTok hasta un duda de un/a usuario.
• Manejo fluido de plataformas de publicación, programación y gestión de redes sociales (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr o similares).
• Temple, diplomacia y criterio para gestionar quejas, comentarios delicados o posibles situaciones de reputación.
• Capacidad para gestionar calendarios de publicación complejos, cumplir timings y mantener el orden en picos de alta actividad.
• Curiosidad constante por el lenguaje de las redes, los memes del momento y la forma en que interactúan los usuarios en cada plataforma.

• Nivel de inglés alto.
