About the role

We are looking for Cost Optimisation Manager .

What you'll do

Your main tasks will be:

Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control;
Analysing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities and areas for improvement;
Developing and implementing cost optimisation strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders;
Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests;
Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines);
Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimisation.

What we're looking for

We expect from you:

English B2+, Russian C1+, Chinese B2+;
Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and general PC use;
Strong teamwork, problem-solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management skill;
Ability to find professional solutions across a range of situations.

The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;

Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
