At Izertis, we are looking for a Corporate Events Intern to join the Marketing Department. We are looking for someone with initiative, organizational skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
Collaborate on the end-to-end management of events, from concept definition through to execution and closing.
Provide support in coordinating with the Marketing, Sales, Communications, and IT teams to ensure the success of each initiative.
Collaborate on vendor management, including requesting quotes and following up on materials and services.
Support the oversight of branding and materials required for each event.
Participate in budget tracking and administrative processes related to invoicing.
Prepare post-event reports, analyzing metrics such as leads, KPIs, and ROI to identify areas for improvement.
Provide support in resolving issues that arise during events.
Attend in-person events representing the Izertis brand and helping deliver an excellent experience for attendees, clients, and partners.
Hands-on training in event organization.
Mentorship and continuous learning alongside a highly experienced team.

Apoyar en la planificación, coordinación y ejecución de eventos corporativos, ferias y patrocinios.
Colaborar en la gestión integral de los eventos, desde la definición del concepto hasta su ejecución y cierre.
Dar soporte en la coordinación con los equipos de Marketing, Ventas, Comunicación e IT para garantizar el éxito de cada acción.
Colaborar en la gestión de proveedores, incluyendo la solicitud de presupuestos y el seguimiento de materiales y servicios.
Apoyar en la supervisión del branding y de los materiales necesarios para cada evento.
Participar en el seguimiento de presupuestos y en los procesos administrativos relacionados con la facturación.
Elaborar informes post-evento, analizando indicadores como leads, KPIs, ROI y feedback para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
Dar soporte en la resolución de incidencias durante los eventos.
Asistir a eventos presenciales representando la marca Izertis y contribuyendo a ofrecer una excelente experiencia a asistentes, clientes y partners.
Formación práctica en la organización de eventos.
Acompañamiento y aprendizaje continuo junto a un equipo con amplia experiencia.
Posibilidad de crecimiento y continuidad en la compañía una vez finalizado el periodo de prácticas.
