ACCIONA, in its Construction business line, needs to bring on board a General Construction Manager for underground Metro works to work at its head offices in Madrid.
The Railways and Tunnels UNE needs to bring in a construction profile for Metro works with a broader vision (not so focused on underground works) to assist with tenders and ongoing projects with a complete view of the project, with the ability to approach projects or tenders comprehensively, prioritizing activities, proposing changes that optimize the project, and fitting them within the planned schedule and cost.
Provide support to ongoing projects and to tender studies, both national and international.
o Propose construction or design solutions that improve the execution, safety, quality, schedule, and cost of the solutions currently in progress
Maintain contact with the local team, partners, clients, and engineering firms to understand the problem and be able to develop a valid proposal in each specialty

ACCIONA, en su línea de negocio de Construcción, precisa incorporar Construction Manager General en obras de Metro subterráneas para trabajar en sus oficinas centrales en Madrid.
La UNE de Ferrocarriles y Túneles necesita incorporar un perfil de construcción en obras de Metro con una visión más ampliada (no tan centrada en obras subterráneas) para ayudar en licitaciones y proyectos en curso con una visión completa del proyecto, con capacidades de plantear los proyectos o licitaciones de manera integral, priorizando actividades, proponiendo cambios que optimicen el proyecto y encajándolas dentro del plazo y coste previsto.
