• Controlar el cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos en el Plan de Gestión Anual dentro de su ámbito de responsabilidad, mediante el seguimiento de indicadores de gestión, análisis de desviaciones y propuesta y ejecución de acciones correctoras, en coordinación con su responsable.
• Colaborar con equipos externos de ingeniería y/o arquitectura, la propiedad (en tiendas franquiciadas) y el técnico de diseño en la elaboración del proyecto, garantizando la adecuación al modelo teórico y el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.
• Ejecutar el proceso de contratación de proveedores necesarios para los proyectos asignados (definición de partidas, solicitud y análisis de presupuestos, evaluación de alternativas, adjudicación bajo supervisión del/a Ejecutivo/a y formalización de contratos), en colaboración con su responsable o con el propietario de la franquicia.
• Supervisar la ejecución de los proyectos de obras e instalaciones, realizando el seguimiento de las empresas contratadas y asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, costes y calidades.
• Planificar y coordinar los diferentes gremios e industriales que intervienen en la ejecución de la obra o instalación.
• Realizar la revisión final de la obra/instalación y coordinar su entrega a los departamentos de ventas, franquicias y/o mantenimiento.
• Colaborar en la investigación, desarrollo e implantación de nuevas tecnologías, orientadas a la optimización de costes, tiempos y recursos en los procesos bajo su responsabilidad.
