Are you passionate about sales and looking for a stable opportunity in a 100% remote work format? At Pelayo, we are hiring Commercial Insurance Operators to handle calls from people interested in our products and help them find the insurance solution that best suits their needs.
-Handle incoming calls from potential clients interested in insurance
-Advise on and sell auto, home, health, and life insurance tailored to each client's needs
-Cross-sell to maximize each commercial opportunity
-Guide clients through the entire contracting process, ensuring an excellent experience
-Commercial experience focused on sales and achieving objectives
-Minimum education: Vocational Training Certificate, Vocational Training Program, High School Diploma, or Pre-University Education
-Residence in Madrid
-Experience in the insurance sector
-Insurance Distributor Certificate (IDD / Group B Broker) of at least 150 hours, enabling you to advise on and sell policies

-Realizar venta cruzada para maximizar cada oportunidad comercial
-Acompañar a la clientela durante todo el proceso de contratación garantizando una excelente experiencia
-Experiencia comercial orientada a ventas y consecución de objetivos
-Formación mínima: CFGM, FPI, Bachillerato o BUP
-Residencia en Madrid
-Experiencia en el sector asegurador
-Certificado de Distribuidor de Seguros (IDD / Mediador Grupo B) de al menos 150 horas, que te habilite para asesorar y comercializar pólizas
-Teletrabajo 100%

-Contrato temporal y jornada completa en turno partido de 10:00 a 19:30 horas
