Reporting into the European CFO with a partner relationship with the European Sales VP, you will create and roll out a new commercial finance agenda across Europe, creating a high-performing function that partners closely with Sales, Key Account Management and Marketing to improve commercial decision-making, profitability and sustainable growth.
You will recruit, develop and lead a team of approximately 5 commercial finance professionals while embedding a culture of business partnering across multiple European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be an experienced commercial finance and FP&A leader with approximately 10–15 years’ finance experience combining FP&A, commercial finance and supply finance, gained within a complex international manufacturing company.
