About the role

Do you have experience as a CFO/Financial Director and are you looking for a project where your strategic vision has a real impact? At Randstad, we are looking for a CFO to join a solid company. You will lead financial strategy, team management, and the digital transformation of the department in a dynamic and growing environment.

What you'll do

Team leadership: Direct management and development of 3 people (accounting/administrative department).
Strategy and analysis: Definition of financial strategy, feasibility study of projects/investments, and proposal of solutions to the Management Committee.
Accounting and taxation: Coordination of financial statements, supervision of accounting, and relationship with external auditors.
Management accounting and controlling: Preparation of budgets, analysis of variances, and profitability control by business line.

-Digital transformation: Process optimization, automation, and promotion of the use of ERP and Power BI.

Ability to manage banking relationships and negotiations when necessary.

Requirements

Education: Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or similar.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar positions
Tools: Advanced proficiency in office software (Excel) and Power BI.
Skills: Strong analytical capacity, problem-solving, teamwork, and strategic vision.

Estrategia y análisis: Definición de la estrategia financiera, estudio de viabilidad de proyectos/inversiones y propuesta de soluciones al Comité de Dirección.
Contabilidad y fiscalidad: Coordinación de Estados Contables, supervisión de la contabilidad y relación con auditores externos.
Contabilidad analítica y controlling: Elaboración de presupuestos, análisis de desviaciones y control de rentabilidad por línea de negocio.

-Transformación digital: Optimización de procesos, automatización e impulso en el uso de ERP y Power BI.

Capacidad para la relación y negociación bancaria cuando sea necesario.

Requirements

Formación: Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE) o similar.
Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en posiciones similares
Herramientas: Dominio avanzado de ofimática (Excel) y Power BI.
Habilidades: Alta capacidad analítica, resolución de problemas, trabajo en equipo y visión estratégica.
