Bennu Capital es la primera plataforma española dedicada al asesoramiento integral al CEO/Emprendedor dentro del ecosistema “Search Fund” para España y Portugal.
Nuestra labor es el apoyo y acompañamiento a los Emprendedores durante cada una de las distintas fases que conlleva la creación de un Fondo de Búsqueda y el posterior cierre de la transacción.
Bennu cuenta con el apoyo de los principales y más reconocidos inversores del ecosistema, lo que le permite contribuir al desarrollo de la industria y dar acceso a los emprendedores a una base sólida de inversores para poder llevar a cabo su adquisición.
¿Cómo funciona la iniciativa EtA (Entrepreneurship throught Acquisitions)?
Un Search Fund o fondo de búsqueda es una vía de emprendimiento empresarial liderada por una o dos personas (Searchers) que forman un vehículo de inversión con el apoyo de un grupo de inversores, para buscar, adquirir y dirigir una empresa privada a medio o largo plazo. Esta iniciativa ofrece a los emprendedores la capacidad de convertirse en CEO ́s de empresas y ser propietarios de una parte del capital de la misma (hasta un 25-30% del Equity)
¿Qué buscamos?
Desde Bennu buscamos profesionales (futuros CEO’s) con talento, experiencia y espíritu emprendedor que quieran unirse a nosotros para desarrollar su iniciativa de emprendimiento mediante la adquisición de una compañía en cualquier sector y lugar de la geografía ibérica.
Bennu presta su apoyo como Partner durante todas las fases del proceso, en el fundraising inicial, en la búsqueda de la compañía y en la estructuración y cierre de la transacción.
Requisitos:
· +10 años de experiencia
· +5 años en funciones de liderazgo gestionando equipos, funciones directivas o desarrollo de negocio, banca de inversión, M&A o consultoría estratégica.
· Mentalidad emprendedora
Otros requisitos relevantes:
· Formación académica (MBA o Executive MBA de reconocido prestigio)
· Experiencia demostrable con impacto en P&L
· Experiencia gestionando y operando una PYME
