-Experiencia mínima de 1 año en:
-Atención telefónica en entornos de Call Center, o
Servicios de atención a usuarios dentro del
ámbito TI.
-Buenas habilidades de comunicación e interlocución.
-Capacidad de atención al usuario y orientación al servicio.
Se valorará especialmente
-Experiencia previa en CAU dentro de la Administración Pública.
-Conocimiento de entornos autonómicos o estatales relacionados con el ámbito de Justicia.
-Sector: Administración Pública / Justicia.
-Jornada: 6 horas diarias.
-Horario: Lunes a viernes de 08:30 a 14:30 h.
