Lead the end-to-end management of the Express Entry and Rotation categories, with full ownership of their value proposition, financial performance, customer experience, and commercial evolution.
The role aims to transform the management of these categories from a price-, occupancy-, and average revenue-driven logic to a model based on customer, value, and sustainable margin. You will be responsible for designing, activating, and evolving the strategy for both categories, coordinating Marketing, Operations, Product, Tech, Data, CX, Finance, and Sales to turn opportunities into measurable business results.
The Category Manager will be the 360º business owner for Express Entry and Rotation. Your responsibility will be to understand what the customer needs, how they behave, what value they perceive, and how to turn that information into a profitable, scalable, and differentiated commercial proposition.
You will move from reacting to data to proactively proposing new growth levers: pricing, promotions, assortment, campaigns, product improvements, segmentation, digital activation, and operational optimization.
