1. Responsabilidades:
Tiene la misión de llevar a cabo la logística y coordinación de la gestión de programas del IESE, ofreciendo un excelente servicio a los clientes internos y participantes de programas.
Sus funciones principales son:
Asesorar, colaborar, tramitar y supervisar las operaciones necesarias (logística, restauración, audiovisuales, limpieza, parquing, mantenimiento, etc.) para el buen desarrollo de las distintas actividades y programas de la escuela.
Gestión de solicitudes, incidencias y resoluciones del personal interno en temas relacionados con reserva de espacios, material, mensajería, comedor, mantenimiento, seguridad, etc.
Coordinación para la optimización de instalaciones y servicios.
Atención telefónica a los clientes internos.
2. Perfil Candidato:
Grado o Secretariado de dirección.
Experiencia previa de un mínimo de dos años en tareas de gestión de eventos.
Dominio de ofimática (Outlook, Excel, Power Point).
Inglés nivel avanzado.
3. Requerimientos:
