As part of the sales and customer service area for the French market, your main duties will be:

Formando parte del área de ventas y atención al cliente para el mercado francés, tus funciones principales serán:
Emisión y recepción de llamadas para el asesoramiento y venta del catálogo de productos a clientes del mercado francés.
Gestión, tramitación y seguimiento de pedidos, asegurando la excelencia en el servicio.
Fidelización de la cartera de clientes existente y prospección de nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
Resolución de incidencias comerciales y de atención posventa.
Actualización y registro de la información en la base de datos y sistema de gestión de la empresa.
Idiomas: Nivel nativo o bilingüe de francés (imprescindible fluidez total tanto oral como escrita). Se valorará positivamente un buen nivel de español.
Experiencia: Valorable experiencia previa en puestos de telemarketing, ventas, atención al cliente o gestión comercial en mercados internacionales.
Habilidades: Excelentes dotes comunicativas, empatía, orientación al cliente y a la consecución de objetivos.

Disponibilidad: Incorporación inmediata para trabajar a jornada partida de manera presencial.
