Atención telefónica a talleres mecánicos/as y clientes profesionales.
Recepción y gestión de pedidos de recambios.
Asesoramiento básico sobre disponibilidad de piezas y referencias.
Consulta de stock y plazos de entrega.
Tramitación de incidencias, devoluciones y reclamaciones.
Seguimiento de pedidos y entregas.
Actualización de datos de clientes en el sistema,
Coordinación con almacén, logística y equipo comercial.
Realización de llamadas de apoyo comercial y fidelización de clientes.
Contrato por ETT + incorporación a empresa
Experiencia previa en atención telefónica
Disponibilidad horaria
Conocimientos de recambios y accesorios de vehículos
