Position activities:

GTD Science, Infrastructures & Robotics is now looking for a Business Developer for the team who will perform the following tasks:

Support senior management in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.
Proactively identify, approach, and engage new clients, focusing on sectors aligned with current capabilities while expanding into new markets and accounts.
Represent the company in marketing initiatives, public relations activities, industry events, and trade shows.
Lead the identification, qualification, and development of business opportunities, both independently and in collaboration with partners.
Document commercial information for easy accessibility to company management (contacts, opportunities, etc.).
Coordinate and contribute to the preparation and submission of bids and proposals in collaboration with management and technical teams.
Oversee marketing and communication initiatives to strengthen company visibility and branding.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience:

4–6 years of relevant professional experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Technical background in at least one of the following areas: (I) instrumentation & control, (II) high-performance/real-time computing, or (III) robotics.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Demonstrated track record in business development and client acquisition.
High degree of autonomy, proactivity, and alignment with company strategy and leadership direction.
Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness and availability to travel for client or partner meetings, industry events, and other business activities.

Nice to have, knowledge/interest in:

Familiarity with procurement processes and contracting procedures in both public and private sectors.
Experience/Knowledge of scientific facilities, or complex/specialized installations.
