ETL Nexum Jurídico SL es un despacho profesional especializado en estructuración fiscal y jurídica de inversiones, actuando como estructurador de capital hacia el sector cultural y audiovisual español (deducciones art. 36 y 39 LIS) y hacia la innovación empresarial (deducciones I+D+i, art. 35 LIS). Trabajamos con family offices, fondos de inversión, grandes empresas y productoras, canalizando su tesorería hacia proyectos con retorno fiscal certificado.

Buscamos

Una persona senior, con instinto comercial y capacidad de generar y cerrar relaciones institucionales, para liderar el crecimiento de negocio de nuestras áreas de financiación cultural y de I+D+i.

Funciones principales

Identificar y captar inversores (family offices, fondos, grandes corporaciones) con capacidad de destinar tesorería a deducciones fiscales por inversión en producciones audiovisuales y de artes escénicas.
Prospectar y mantener relación estable con productoras audiovisuales y de artes escénicas, generando flujo constante de proyectos financiables.
Desarrollar la línea de negocio de deducciones I+D+i, identificando empresas con proyectos susceptibles de generar y monetizar dicho crédito fiscal.
Actividad comercial de campo: agenda propia de visitas y reuniones periódicas con inversores, productoras y empresas.
Negociar términos de entrada de los inversores y coordinar el traspaso a los equipos internos de fiscal, contabilidad, administración y marketing para el cierre y ejecución de las operaciones.
Reportar resultados y pipeline comercial, con objetivos de captación y facturación.
Formación en ADE, Derecho, Económicas o similar (formaciones combinadas ADE+Derecho especialmente valoradas).
Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo de negocio, banca privada, gestión de patrimonios, private equity o venture capital, con cartera propia de contactos en family offices y/o fondos.
Conocimiento del funcionamiento de las deducciones fiscales del art. 36 y 39 LIS (financiación audiovisual) y art. 35 LIS (I+D+i) — se valorará muy positivamente, no excluyente.
Dotes comerciales y de negociación contrastadas; orientación a objetivos y autonomía en la gestión de agenda.
Red de contactos en el sector audiovisual, artes escénicas o cultura, valorable.
Disponibilidad para viajar y actividad intensiva "en la calle".

Se valorará adicionalmente

Perfiles procedentes de banca privada/gestión de patrimonios con cartera de clientes de family office.
Perfiles comerciales de fondos de inversión o private equity con relación institucional activa.
Conocimiento del sector cultural, productoras y ecosistema audiovisual español.
Estructura de apoyo interno (fiscal, contable, administrativo y marketing) para centrar la actividad en la captación y el cierre comercial.
Posición de crecimiento dentro de un despacho en expansión, con proyección de desarrollo de carrera.
Autonomía real en la gestión de agenda comercial y cartera de contactos.
