About the role

As a Business Controller, you will be a key figure in transforming data into business decisions, providing visibility into the commercial performance of categories, markets, and promotional actions. Through the analysis and monitoring of key indicators, you will contribute to identifying growth opportunities, optimizing profitability, and supporting the strategic decision-making of the Merchandising team.

What you'll do

You will prepare weekly and monthly sales reports by market, category, and channel.
You will analyze deviations and prepare executive summaries for management.
You will keep commercial KPI tracking models and tools up to date.
You will manage, update, and control product and market pricing.
You will analyze results and elasticities from price changes and promotions.
You will ensure the correct parameterization of prices in the systems.
You will monitor the promotional calendar and its execution by market.
You will analyze the impact of promotional actions on sales, margin, and sell-through.
You will report applied discount levels against the planned target, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities.
You will build and maintain tracking dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
You will ensure the quality and consistency of the data used in analyses.

What we're looking for

University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar, with further specialization.
At least 2 years of experience in controlling, business analysis, planning, or related areas.
Advanced Excel skills.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Power BI or an interest in further developing your skills in data visualization tools.
High level of English.

Elaborarás y mantendrás dashboards de seguimiento en Excel y Power BI.

Formación universitaria en Economía, ADE o similar con posterior especialización.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones de controlling, análisis de negocio, planificación o áreas afines.
Nivel avanzados en Excel.
