- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
-Communicate effectively with business partners, project teams, and higher-level staff, both verbally and in writing.
-Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational data toidentifytrends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
-Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of business and technology solutions.
-Identifyand resolve moderate business issues using critical thinking, data analysis, and sound judgment.
-Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and other materials to support decision-making.
-Follow established processes, project guidelines, and contractual requirements to ensure consistent and compliant delivery.
-Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and validation of solutions.
-Learn and adapt tonew technologies, systems, tools, and data sources.
-Use Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze information and communicate findings.
-Stay organized while managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
-Strong analytical,critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
-Experience gathering, documenting, andvalidatingbusiness requirements.
-Ability to analyze processes and data and translate findings into practical businessrecommendations.
-Good organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
-Experience creating process maps, functional documentation, user stories, or acceptance criteria.
-Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and communicate complex information clearly.
-Comfortable learningnew technologies, systems, and data.
-Previousexperience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Full-time 39 hours/week contract:Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
- Salary24.000euros gross/year + up to 4.000 euros gross/year in bonus
- Central location in Barcelona
