¿Cuál será tu misión?
Liderar el control y la coordinación administrativa de grandes cuentas, asegurando que toda la documentación, condiciones comerciales y requisitos de facturación estén correctamente gestionados antes de la emisión de las facturas.
Tus principales responsabilidades serán
- Conciliar las ofertas aceptadas por los clientes con la información registrada en los sistemas internos.
- Coordinar la correcta emisión y recepción de pedidos por parte de los clientes, verificando su adecuación con las plataformas de gestión correspondientes.
- Validar toda la información necesaria para la correcta facturación:- Importes facturables (precios, IVA, retenciones, anticipos).
- Planes de facturación.
- Certificaciones y documentación soporte.
- Datos maestros/as del cliente actualizados (dirección, forma de pago, contactos, etc.).
- Realizar el seguimiento del proceso de facturación una vez emitida por el área de Billing.
- Gestionar la documentación requerida por el cliente: albaranes, partes de trabajo, certificaciones y evidencias.
- Coordinar y realizar seguimiento de incidencias relacionadas con facturación, datos maestros/as, pedidos o documentación.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Formación en Administración, ADE, Finanzas o similar.
- Ingles Alto C1
- Experiencia de al menos 2 años en posiciones relacionadas.
- Experiencia trabajando con ERPs, siendo muy valorable SAP.
- Nivel avanzado de Excel.
- Capacidad de análisis y atención al detalle.
- Habilidades de coordinación y seguimiento de procesos.
