¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
Dar soporte en el seguimiento y gestión de PRL.
Ayudar en la automatización y actualización de datos entre Teamtailor y Factorial.
Apoyar en el control de altas y bajas de empleados.
Realizar seguimiento documental y administrativo del personal.
Supervisar que los procesos de onboarding se ejecuten correctamente.
Dar soporte operativo al equipo de People en tareas administrativas del día a día.
Dar soporte en procesos de selección.
¿Qué buscamos?
Perfil organizado, detallista y con capacidad de priorización.
Interés por el área de Recursos Humanos y People Operations.
Capacidad de aprendizaje, adaptación y trabajo en equipo.
Manejo básico de herramientas digitales y administrativas.
Valorable conocimiento de herramientas como Factorial, Teamtailor o similares.
Imprescindible firmar convenio de prácticas.
