We are looking for Backoffice Agents specialized in claims management to join a high-volume project within a major energy company.

What will your duties be?
Comprehensive management of claims and incidents.
Handling cases related to customer service, sales, and distributors.
Monitoring and resolution of operational cases, both internal and external.
Review and validation of documentation.
Management of operational movements and case tracking.
Communication of resolutions to clients and intermediaries.
Ensuring quality of service and compliance with established deadlines.
Active collaboration with the team for case resolution and follow-up.
Hybrid work model with only 1 on-site day per week in Barcelona.

Modalidad híbrida con solo 1 día presencial a la semana en Barcelona.
Jornada intensiva de mañana para favorecer la conciliación.
Salario de 17.094 € brutos anuales.
