Buscamos un/a Assistant Store Manager para una de nuestras tiendas de Málaga. Tu misión será liderar el turno junto al/a la Store Manager, serás quien asuma su rol en caso de ausencia y apoyar en la gestión diaria de la tienda: atención al cliente en sala y caja, reposición y cuidado de la imagen del punto de venta siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
Si disfrutas del día a día en la tienda, tienes experiencia organizando equipos y asegurando que todo funcione como un reloj, te entusiasma liderar desde la acción y seguir desarrollando tus habilidades de gestión, ¡este puesto es para ti!
¿Qué harás como Shift Leader?:
·Liderarás el turno, gestionando junto al Store Manager las operaciones diarias de la tienda: ventas, análisis de KPIs e informes, liquidación financiera, supervisión del equipo y del trabajo…
·Realizarás la recepción y orden de la mercancía en el almacén, haciendo las tareas administrativas asociadas.
·Darás atención al cliente, tanto en sala de ventas como en la caja.
·Cuidarás de la imagen de la tienda, garantizando los estándares establecidos por la compañía.
·Realizarás la reposición de mercancía según los procedimientos establecidos.
·Asegurarás la organización, limpieza y orden de la tienda.
