We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager - Retail in Alcorcón, Madrid
Do you have experience in retail, team leadership, and a sales-oriented mindset?
We are looking for someone to support the overall management of the store, coordinate the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Permanent contract directly with the company
Salary between €20,000 and €23,000 gross per year depending on experience.
Variable sales incentive of up to €380 per month.
Bonus of €65 for Sundays and public holidays worked (8 hours).
31 calendar days of vacation.

Working hours from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Two days off per week.
13 free weekends per year.
Previous experience in retail and sales.
Experience as a second-in-charge, coordinator, or store manager.
Experience in decoration, paint, DIY, or related sectors is a plus.
Organizational skills, leadership, and teamwork.
