This position plays a key role in supporting and driving both Asset Management and Development initiatives within the Europe region. He/she will contribute to the optimization of hotel performance and portfolio value by coordinating analyses, preparing negotiation materials as well as committee presentations, and ensuring alignment among internal stakeholders. The role includes monitoring the financial and operational performance of assigned assets, supporting negotiations with owners and partners, and proactively contributing to the execution of the team's strategic objectives.
Support and assist the Asset Management & Development team in their day-to-day projects in Europe Region:

Between 1 to 2 years' experience in an international hotel chain, international hotel consultancy firm, hotel investment firm or one of the Big Four accounting/consultancy firms would be an advantage.
