Buscamos un profesional talentoso que se una a nuestro equipo dinámico para crear contenido de motion graphics de alta calidad. Esta es una posición Full-time, on-site en nuestra oficina de Barcelona, donde trabajará con herramientas de vanguardia y colaborará con directores creativos, productores y otros artistas técnicos. Buscamos un Artista Técnico Junior con experiencia en Adobe Creative Suite, especialmente After Effects y Premiere Pro. Debe ser una persona creativa, detallista y con capacidad de resolver problemas técnicos complejos. Valoramos profesionales con gran pasión por la animación y motion graphics, con capacidad de aprender rápidamente nuevas herramientas y técnicas. Idealmente, tendrá entre 1-3 años de experiencia en proyectos de motion graphics, publicidad digital o contenido multimedia. Buscamos alguien proactivo, comunicativo y con disposición a trabajar en equipo. Su curiosidad por explorar nuevas posibilidades creativas y técnicas será fundamental en este rol. Debe demostrar compromiso con la calidad y la entrega de proyectos dentro de los plazos establecidos.
El proceso incluye una revisión de CV y portafolio, seguido de una entrevista técnica donde discutiremos sus proyectos anteriores y enfoque creativo. Posteriormente, completará una pequeña prueba práctica relacionada con motion graphics. Finalmente, una entrevista con el director creativo para evaluar compatibilidad cultural y visión profesional.
