About the role

Translate the Creative Direction vision into concrete visual pieces and ensure excellent, coherent, and recognizable execution in campaigns, product launches, events, photography, video, and digital content.

What you'll do

Art direction

Interpret and apply the concepts and guidelines defined by Creative Direction in campaigns, lookbooks, and product launches.
Develop moodboards, storyboards, and visual proposals aligned with the brand identity.
Contribute your own creative solutions during the execution phase.
Coordinate with the Design, Content, and Social Media teams to ensure the final result is faithful to the approved vision.
Present progress and results to Creative Direction for validation.

Photography and video

Plan, direct, and carry out photographic and audiovisual shoots for products, campaigns, and brand content.
Handle cameras, lighting, and equipment in in-house productions or those carried out with external collaborators.
Coordinate the different elements of each shoot: casting, styling, locations, and technical crew.
Carry out post-production tasks, including advanced photo retouching, video editing, and color grading.
Adapt visual assets to different formats and platforms: social media, e-commerce, advertising, and PR.

Management and production

Coordinate external suppliers, such as studios, photographers, production companies, and freelance professionals.
Manage budgets, calendars, and production timelines.
Organize and keep the brand's visual asset archive up to date.
Work alongside Creative Direction, Marketing, Social Media, and Product teams to align visual production with the campaign calendar.

What are we looking for?

Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Audiovisual Communication, Photography, or related disciplines.
Between 3 and 5 years of experience in art direction and photographic or audiovisual production, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
Experience working under the guidelines of a Creative Direction team and the ability to add value during execution.
A portfolio demonstrating professional experience in photography and video.
Professional command of cameras, video, lighting, and technical equipment.
Advanced level of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, and After Effects.
Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest: formats, trends, and visual best practices.
Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn them into coherent visual executions.
Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and visual and digital trends.
Good communication skills in Spanish. English proficiency will be valued.

Coordinar los diferentes elementos de cada sesión: casting, estilismo, localizaciones y equipo técnico.
Realizar tareas de postproducción, incluyendo retoque fotográfico avanzado, edición de vídeo y color grading.
Adaptar las piezas visuales a los diferentes formatos y plataformas: redes sociales, e-commerce, publicidad y PR.

Gestión y producción

Coordinar proveedores externos, como estudios, fotógrafos, productoras y profesionales freelance.
Gestionar presupuestos, calendarios y tiempos de producción.
Organizar y mantener actualizado el archivo de recursos visuales de la marca.
Trabajar junto a Dirección Creativa, Marketing, Redes Sociales y Producto para alinear la producción visual con el calendario de campañas.
