We are the European Trade Finance Operations line within Corporate & Institutional Banking, delivering comprehensive trade‑finance solutions to multinational corporates and financial institutions. As a 1st Level Support Analyst, you will provide user support for the trade‑finance tools ecosystem, manage incidents through ServiceNow, and contribute to our digitalisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives that boost operational efficiency across the region.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree
Good understanding of Guarantees products
Systems and processes: Atlas, Operational Tools (EPS, Aval....), TDR, Good working knowledge of Word/Excel.
English C1 level, French is a plus.
