• The mission of the Operational Data unit is to ensure the correct exploitation, governance, and evolution of the data solutions and EUCs that support critical operations and business processes, guaranteeing quality, accuracy, operational continuity, and alignment with the bank's needs.
• Your main mission will focus on analyzing, transforming, and developing the data and/or office applications of different groups (operations, products, and processes) within the Directorate, in accordance with defined procedures and policies, using specific tools for data processing and application development to understand their functioning, generate improvement proposals, and develop new solutions for key stakeholders.
• Your main responsibilities will include:
  • You will analyze the functioning of Access applications or requirements, for their understanding, maintenance, or development of improvements.
  • You will gather the necessary information to understand the business, process, or product and offer the necessary service.
  • You will maintain current office solutions to guarantee their correct functioning.
  • You will design and build new office solutions in Access or VBA to meet the needs of the business, process, or product.
  • You will present the results and/or conclusions obtained to help different interlocutors in decision-making.
  • You will collaborate with different multidisciplinary teams to offer innovative solutions, facilitating the consumption and understanding of proprietary data.
  • You will lead tasks and projects with a high degree of autonomy, focus on quality, and delivery.

We would also value...

• That you have higher education (Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or similar).
• Complementary training in data, project management, or team leadership will be valued.
• That you bring a minimum experience of 2-3 years in the analysis and development of office applications in Access and SQL, with data exploitation using Oracle Developer, SQL Server, Power BI, and MicroStrategy.
• That you are an advanced user of the Office suite and bring expert knowledge in the development of office applications in Access.
• We will positively value that you bring a good level of English.
