Among the functions you will perform are:

• Co-creating Data Products hand-in-hand with the business to enable strategic decision-making
• Designing pipelines for reliable, scalable, and efficient data extraction from internal and external sources, monitoring their quality and performance.
• Designing data models that facilitate analysis and the achievement of business objectives, gaining a deep understanding of the data and taking responsibility for its quality.
• Developing and optimizing procedures to productize models that are reliable, scalable, and facilitate the monitoring of performance and results quality.
• Implementing visualization solutions that facilitate data comprehension and business decision-making intuitively, through data/result queries or model interaction.
• Staying up-to-date and promoting the adoption of best practices for continuous product development and integration.

As an Analytics Engineer, your role will go beyond the technical scope: the data pipelines and architectures you design will be the foundation for artificial intelligence, advanced dashboards, and interactive tools that transform how our clients make their strategic decisions, generating a direct impact on their business.

You won't just build data; you'll build value. You will have direct contact with clients, understand their challenges and objectives, and help translate their needs into solutions that drive their business forward. This role will allow you to combine technical expertise with strategic vision, developing business acumen and insight while building scalable solutions.

We are looking for people eager to learn and focused on delivering value. You will use cutting-edge technologies such as Python, SQL, dbt, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery or GitHub Actions. We highly value the following skills:

• A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
• C1-level English (spoken and written).
• Experience in data processing with ETL, SQL, and Python in on-premises, Cloud, and Big Data environments.
• Knowledge of modern data processing technologies (dbt, Spark, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Knowledge of data storage (files, relational, columnar, document, key-value).
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and its lifecycle (MLOps).
• Ability to understand data models and generate reports for the team and clients.
• Experience in data visualization with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or web development.

• Desarrollar y optimizar procedimientos para productivizar modelos que sean confiables, escalables y que faciliten la monitorización del rendimiento y la calidad de los resultados.
• Implementar soluciones de visualización que faciliten la comprensión de datos y la toma de decisiones de negocio de forma intuitiva, mediante la consulta de datos/resultados o mediante la interacción con modelos.
• Estar actualizado y promover la adopción de mejores prácticas para el desarrollo y la integración continua de los productos.

• Grado en Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Física o similar.

• Conocimiento de tecnologías modernas de procesamiento de datos (dbt, Spark, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Conocimiento de almacenamiento de datos (ficheros, relacionales, columnares, documentos, clave-valor).
• Conocimiento de Machine Learning y su ciclo de vida (MLOps).
• Capacidad para comprender modelos de datos y generar informes para equipo y clientes.
• Experiencia en visualización de datos con BI (Tableau, Power BI) o desarrollos web.
