• As an Analytics Engineer for Operations Steering, within the Operations Data Office, you will be responsible for the design, maintenance, and evolution of the data assets that support the organization's reporting, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence capabilities.

• Design, develop, and maintain data models oriented toward reporting, analysis, and advanced use of information.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and availability of data used in dashboards, analyses, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and evolve new analytical use cases in collaboration with business areas and Business Analysts.
• Design and implement data transformation and integration processes, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Maintain and evolve semantic models and data structures used in Power BI and other analytical tools.
• Prepare and structure data sets for consumption by artificial intelligence solutions, conversational analytics, and AI-based agents.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization related to data management and exploitation.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure that analytical solutions adequately address operational and strategic needs.

• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
• Advanced English level, enabling work in international environments.
• Solid knowledge of relational data modeling and the design of analytical models oriented toward reporting and advanced data use.
• Experience developing advanced SQL queries and performance optimization.
• Experience designing, maintaining, and evolving semantic models for Power BI.
• Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, and analytical model optimization.
• Knowledge of Python, PySpark, or equivalent technologies for data processing and transformation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary business and technology teams.
• Focus on data quality, analytical skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Como Analytics Engineer de Operations Steering, dentro de la Operations Data Office, serás responsable del diseño, mantenimiento y evolución de los activos de datos que soportan las capacidades de reporting, analítica avanzada e inteligencia artificial de la organización.

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener modelos de datos orientados al reporting, análisis y explotación avanzada de información.
• Garantizar la calidad, consistencia y disponibilidad de los datos utilizados en cuadros de mando, análisis e iniciativas estratégicas.
• Desarrollar y evolucionar nuevos casos de uso analíticos en colaboración con áreas de negocio y Business Analysts.
• Diseñar e implementar procesos de transformación e integración de datos asegurando escalabilidad, rendimiento y mantenibilidad.
• Mantener y evolucionar modelos semánticos y estructuras de datos utilizadas en Power BI y otras herramientas analíticas.
• Preparar y estructurar conjuntos de datos para su consumo por soluciones de inteligencia artificial, analytics conversacional y agentes basados en IA.
• Identificar oportunidades de automatización y optimización de procesos relacionados con la gestión y explotación del dato.
• Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para asegurar que las soluciones analíticas responden adecuadamente a las necesidades operativas y estratégicas.

• Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Estadística, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o disciplinas afines.
• Nivel de inglés alto, que permita desenvolverse en entornos internacionales.
• Conocimiento sólido de modelado de datos relacional y diseño de modelos analíticos orientados a reporting y explotación avanzada de datos.
• Experiencia en desarrollo de consultas SQL avanzadas y optimización del rendimiento.
• Experiencia en diseño, mantenimiento y evolución de modelos semánticos para Power BI.
• Conocimientos de Power Query, DAX y optimización de modelos analíticos.
• Conocimientos de Python, PySpark o tecnologías equivalentes para procesamiento y transformación de datos.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa con equipos multidisciplinares de negocio y tecnología.
• Orientación a la calidad del dato, capacidad analítica y enfoque en mejora continua.
