We are looking to bring on board a Senior Analyst Programmer with a strong business focus and technical leadership skills, who actively contributes to improving our technology delivery capacity, reducing lead times, simplifying the application ecosystem, and providing sound judgment in the evolution of our architecture.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Technical requirements:

Solid experience (ideally 5–7+ years) in complex corporate environments.
Provide technical expertise and leadership skills, even without direct reports.
Be able to organize, simplify, and structure, not just develop.
Have a clear focus on reducing time from definition to delivery.
Be accustomed to working with multiple interconnected systems and a certain level of complexity (including legacy systems).

We are especially interested in someone who has experienced environments with high technical debt and has contributed to improving it, as well as environments where it was necessary to reorganize or bring coherence to the existing architecture.

On the technology side, the environment is primarily Microsoft (.NET, SQL Server, Power Platform, M365), with multiple system integrations.
