Misión del puesto
Buscamos incorporar un/a Analytics Manager para liderar el área de Analítica de Datos y definir la estrategia analítica de la compañía. La persona seleccionada será responsable de convertir los datos en una ventaja competitiva, impulsando una cultura data-driven, liderando un equipo en crecimiento y colaborando estrechamente con Dirección General y las principales áreas de negocio para facilitar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Responsabilidades principales
Liderar, desarrollar y dimensionar el equipo de Analytics, gestionando inicialmente un equipo de al menos 4 personas.
Definir metodologías de trabajo, estándares analíticos y prioridades del área.
Actuar como referente técnico y funcional dentro del departamento de datos.
Traducir necesidades de negocio en iniciativas analíticas de alto impacto.
Trabajar de forma estrecha con Dirección General, Marketing, CRM, Producto, Tecnología y otras áreas estratégicas.
Definir, evolucionar y monitorizar los principales KPIs de la compañía.
Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, optimización y mejora mediante el análisis de datos.
Impulsar la toma de decisiones basada en datos en toda la organización.
Diseñar y supervisar dashboards ejecutivos y cuadros de mando dirigidos a Dirección.
Desarrollar análisis avanzados para comprender el comportamiento de clientes, productos y negocio.
Extraer insights accionables que permitan mejorar resultados y eficiencia operativa.
Garantizar la calidad, consistencia y fiabilidad de los datos utilizados por la organización.
Supervisar procesos de automatización, explotación y transformación de datos.
Participar activamente en proyectos estratégicos de transformación digital relacionados con ecommerce, experiencia digital, fidelización y nuevos productos digitales.
Evaluar e impulsar iniciativas basadas en Inteligencia Artificial, automatización, modelos predictivos y analítica avanzada.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora mediante tecnologías emergentes y nuevas capacidades analíticas.
Must haves
Más de 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de Analytics, Business Intelligence o Data Analytics.
Experiencia previa liderando equipos de analistas o áreas de datos.
Experiencia trabajando con stakeholders de negocio y participando en procesos de toma de decisiones.
Experiencia en entornos digitales, ecommerce, retail o compañías con alto volumen de datos.
Dominio avanzado de SQL.
Experiencia con Power BI.
Conocimientos de Python para análisis y explotación de datos.
Experiencia trabajando con Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Conocimientos de BigQuery.
Experiencia en diseño y definición de KPIs de negocio.
Conocimientos de Business Intelligence y explotación de datos.
Experiencia en procesos ETL y modelado de datos.
Nivel alto de inglés profesional.
Capacidad analítica, visión estratégica y orientación al negocio.
Experiencia comunicando resultados y recomendaciones a perfiles ejecutivos.
Nice to have
Experiencia en sectores Retail, Gran Consumo, Moda, Alimentación o ecommerce.
Experiencia en organizaciones con alta orientación digital y omnicanal.
Conocimientos de Google Tag Manager.
Experiencia trabajando con CRM y plataformas de marketing.
Participación en proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial aplicada al negocio.
Experiencia desarrollando modelos predictivos.
Automatización de procesos mediante herramientas de IA.
Desarrollo o integración de asistentes virtuales, chatbots o soluciones inteligentes.
Experiencia en analítica de clientes, fidelización y customer insights.
