What your day to day life will look like...

Seniority: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the implementation, evolution, or operation of Artificial Intelligence solutions in enterprise environments.

We drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the CaixaBank Group through scalable, secure, and sustainable corporate services, platforms, and solutions.

Within the AI Services team, we work to ensure that the Group's AI capabilities operate with the highest standards of quality, robustness, security, and efficiency. We also promote reuse, standardization, and best practices throughout the entire lifecycle of AI solutions.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the evolution and operation of AI services based on, among others, Generative AI and agentic systems, document analysis and processing, recommendation engines, and Machine Learning models applied to a wide range of business domains.

Your mission will be to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, governance, and continuous improvement of these solutions, helping them deliver maximum value to the Group in a sustainable and scalable manner.

• Ensure the availability, stability, and proper functioning of AI services and platforms in production environments.
• Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle management of AI solutions, including service transition, maintenance, evolution, and decommissioning.
• Analyze incidents and complex issues, leading their resolution and identifying preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Monitor solution performance, quality, and usage through operational metrics and indicators.
• Promote the integration of service standards from the solution design phase, defining and driving best practices for the Group's AI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, governance frameworks, and standards related to Artificial Intelligence.
• Participate in technical quality reviews, risk assessments, and solution validation processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency, maintainability, scalability, and sustainability of solutions.
• Drive automation, industrialization, and operational process optimization initiatives.
• Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and service metrics to assess the adoption, quality, and performance of AI systems.
• Identify synergies across initiatives and promote reusable components and services across the organization.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with the Group's enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
• Produce technical documentation, operational guides, and support procedures.
