From our Artificial Intelligence (AI) team, we are looking to hire a Senior Delivery Consultant - AI, Data & Azure to participate in high-impact projects related to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and cloud data platforms on Microsoft Azure.

You will have the opportunity to work on challenging and dynamic projects, designing and implementing advanced AI solutions for enterprise clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in end-to-end initiatives, from discovery to delivery.

• Design scalable and secure cloud architectures for AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced analytics solutions on Azure.
• Participate in the development and implementation of solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure ML, Databricks, Synapse/Fabric, Data Lake, AKS, or Container Apps.
• Design and implement RAG solutions, copilots, conversational assistants, and intelligent agents.
• Participate in ML and Deep Learning projects, from experimentation to production.
• Work on batch and near real-time data pipelines, data modeling, and modern data architectures.
• Collaborate on MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure as code.
• Incorporate data security, observability, scalability, and governance criteria into solutions.
• Technically lead AI & Data initiatives and collaborate with clients on workshops, discovery, roadmap, and solution definition.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical profiles.

• Solid experience in AI, Data, or Machine Learning projects in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AI and data services.
• Experience with Generative AI solutions, RAG, copilots, or intelligent agents.
• Proficiency in Python and data/AI libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and deploying solutions to production.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures, security, scalability, and development best practices.
• Ability to work directly with clients and technically lead initiatives.
• High level of Spanish and English.

• Experience in MLOps, LLMOps, PromptOps, or DevOps.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, Terraform, Bicep, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, or Vertex AI.
• Experience in computer vision, NLP, document analysis, or deepfakes.
• Knowledge of OWASP, DAST, or AI-applied security.
• Experience in regulated sectors or international projects.

Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en proyectos desafiantes y dinámicos, diseñando e implementando soluciones avanzadas de IA para clientes enterprise, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinares y participando en iniciativas end-to-end, desde el discovery hasta el delivery.

• Diseñar arquitecturas cloud escalables y seguras para soluciones de IA, Machine Learning, Generative AI y analítica avanzada sobre Azure.
• Participar en el desarrollo e implantación de soluciones con Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure ML, Databricks, Synapse/Fabric, Data Lake, AKS o Container Apps.
• Diseñar e implementar soluciones RAG, copilotos, asistentes conversacionales y agentes inteligentes.
• Participar en proyectos de ML y Deep Learning, desde la experimentación hasta producción.
• Trabajar en pipelines de datos batch y near real-time, modelado de datos y arquitecturas modernas de datos.
• Colaborar en prácticas de MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD e infraestructura como código.
• Incorporar criterios de seguridad, observabilidad, escalabilidad y gobierno del dato en las soluciones.
• Liderar técnicamente iniciativas AI & Data y colaborar con cliente en workshops, discovery, roadmap y definición de soluciones.
• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y comunicar decisiones técnicas a perfiles técnicos y de negocio.

• Experiencia sólida en proyectos de AI, Data o Machine Learning en entornos cloud.
• Experiencia práctica con Microsoft Azure y servicios de IA y datos.
• Experiencia en soluciones de Generative AI, RAG, copilotos o agentes inteligentes.
• Dominio de Python y librerías de datos/IA como Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain o similares.
• Experiencia con SQL, modelado de datos y despliegue de soluciones en producción.
• Conocimiento de arquitecturas cloud, seguridad, escalabilidad y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
• Capacidad para trabajar directamente con cliente y liderar técnicamente iniciativas.
• Nivel alto de español e inglés.
