Ingeniero/a de Producto Full-Stack AI-Augmented

En TECNOY estamos buscando un/a Ingeniero/a de Producto Full-Stack AI-Augmented para incorporarse a una spin-off tecnológica orientada a transformar el sector de la energía, las infraestructuras críticas y los datacenters mediante software, IA generativa, cloud y GIS.

No buscamos únicamente un perfil que “pique código”. Buscamos una persona con mentalidad de producto, capaz de entender problemas complejos de negocio e ingeniería y convertirlos en soluciones digitales robustas, escalables y con impacto real.

Trabajarás en productos digitales vinculados a energías renovables, utilities, infraestructuras y datacenters, construyendo herramientas que ayudan a decidir dónde instalar un parque solar, cómo optimizar un activo energético o cómo gestionar riesgos en infraestructuras críticas.

Funciones principales

Participar en el ciclo completo de producto: desde la idea inicial hasta el despliegue en producción.
Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones full-stack con foco en producto, rendimiento y escalabilidad.
Crear interfaces limpias, eficientes y orientadas a usuario utilizando tecnologías modernas.
Desarrollar backends, modelos de datos y servicios conectados a entornos cloud y bases de datos geoespaciales.
Utilizar herramientas de IA generativa para acelerar el desarrollo, reducir tareas repetitivas y centrarse en la lógica de negocio compleja.
Traducir necesidades de negocio, energía e ingeniería en soluciones técnicas concretas.
Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares en proyectos de alto valor añadido.
Proponer mejoras técnicas, arquitectónicas y de producto.

Big Data / Cloud: Google BigQuery y ecosistema Google Cloud.
IA Generativa: Gemini integrado en el flujo diario de desarrollo.
Herramientas de desarrollo: VS Code, Antigravity, Google Conductor, Gemini, gcloud CLI.
Automatización: n8n y Firecrawl.
Metodología: desarrollo cloud-native, despliegue continuo y enfoque AI-First / Specification-Driven Development.

Requisitos

Experiencia sólida como desarrollador/a Full-Stack.
Buen dominio de React, https://jobeax.com/link/Z30sZYC3jcRenVso y TypeScript.
Experiencia en desarrollo backend y trabajo con bases de datos relacionales.
Conocimientos de PostgreSQL. Se valorará experiencia con PostGIS.
Experiencia trabajando con arquitecturas cloud-native.
Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía y criterio técnico.
Mentalidad de producto: entender el problema antes de escribir la solución.
Interés real por la IA generativa aplicada al desarrollo de software.
Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y adaptación a nuevas herramientas.

Se valorará positivamente

Experiencia o conocimiento del sector energético, renovables, utilities, infraestructuras o datacenters.
Conocimiento de conceptos como MW, PPA, CAPEX, OPEX o viabilidad técnico-económica de proyectos.
Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Industrial, Caminos, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
Experiencia con Google Cloud, BigQuery, Supabase, Prisma, n8n o herramientas de automatización.
Portfolio, GitHub o proyectos propios demostrables.
Experiencia trabajando con metodologías de desarrollo asistido por IA.
