You want to build AI that matters—not another chatbot and not another recommendation engine. As an AI Agent Developer in Siemens Energy’s AI Factory, you will design and develop intelligent agentic behaviours, including planning, tool-calling, and reasoning loops, using modern code-first frameworks. You will help shape AI solutions that transform how teams work across the business, contributing to technologies that support an estimated one-sixth of the world’s electricity generation. Working in a small, highly impactful team, you will turn ambitious ideas into reliable products that create measurable value and help Siemens Energy thrive during a period of significant growth.
You will join Siemens Energy’s AI Factory, a focused and innovative team dedicated to transforming the workplace through practical AI solutions. Working alongside experienced engineers and product owners, you will help design and deliver scalable AI agents that solve real business challenges, accelerate productivity, and support Siemens Energy’s mission in a time of unprecedented growth and transformation.
