Formación académica en Ingeniería Agrónomo/a, Ciencias Ambientales, Biología o un campo relacionado.
Experiencia previa en el desarrollo y gestión de proyectos agrícolas.
Conocimientos sólidos sobre técnicos/as de cultivo, manejo de suelos y recursos hídricos.
Habilidad para trabajar con herramientas tecnológicas y software especializado en agricultura.
Capacidad para analizar datos y tomar decisiones basadas en evidencia.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para colaborar con diferentes equipos y presentar resultados.
Proactividad, capacidad de organización y atención al detalle.
Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en Calasparra, Murcia.
