We are looking for an Agent Developer with solid experience in Python, GenAI, and Agentic AI architectures to join a strategic project where you will lead the development and integration of advanced AI solutions capable of automating complex processes and generating real value for the business.
You will join the team of our client, a leader in the banking sector.
100% remote collaboration from Spain.
You will participate in the design, development, and evolution of solutions based on Generative AI and Intelligent Agents, working closely with business, data, and technology teams.
Among your responsibilities will be:
Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and multi-agent architectures for production environments.
Define and implement tool/function calling mechanisms so that agents interact securely with APIs, databases, and corporate systems.
Design and develop backend services and APIs in Python to host and orchestrate intelligent agents.
Integrate LLM models through platforms such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI into corporate tools and business processes.
Define development standards, testing, and best practices for Agentic AI solutions.
Implement monitoring, logging, and observability mechanisms to analyze agent performance, behavior, and failures.
Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and data teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting the adoption of best practices and the team's technical growth.

Participará en el diseño, desarrollo y evolución de soluciones basadas en IA Generativa y Agentes Inteligentes, trabajando estrechamente con equipos de negocio, datos y tecnología.
Entre tus responsabilidades estarán:
Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener agentes de IA y arquitecturas multiagente para entornos productivos.
Definir e implementar mecanismos de tool/function calling para que los agentes interactúen de forma segura con APIs, bases de datos y sistemas corporativos.
Diseñar y desarrollar servicios backend y APIs en Python para alojar y orquestar agentes inteligentes.
Integrar modelos LLM mediante plataformas como OpenAI y Azure OpenAI en herramientas corporativas y procesos de negocio.
Definir estándares de desarrollo, pruebas y buenas prácticas para soluciones de Agentic AI.
Implementar mecanismos de monitorización, logging y observabilidad para analizar el comportamiento, rendimiento y fallos de los agentes.
Colaborar con equipos de negocio, riesgo, compliance y datos para garantizar el cumplimiento de requisitos regulatorios y de seguridad.
Mentorizar a desarrolladores junior y mid-level, impulsando la adopción de mejores prácticas y el crecimiento técnico del equipo.
