What you'll do

Provide first and second level technical support to the dealer network through case management systems, remote support, and on-site assistance when necessary.
Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to combustion vehicles, electric vehicles, ADAS, and connected systems.
Ensure repairs and diagnostics are carried out in accordance with the technical procedures established by the brand.
Provide support in processes related to replacement vehicles, returns, and vehicle buybacks.
Manage technical cases from opening to resolution, ensuring effective follow-up and proper communication with the dealer network.
Collect and validate technical information, diagnostic records, photographs, and reports before escalating incidents.
Escalate complex incidents, quality issues, and critical customer cases to regional and international teams following established procedures.
Support the creation, distribution, and adaptation of technical bulletins, service campaigns, and quality communications.
Ensure the dealer network has access to the most up-to-date technical information for proper repair and maintenance.
Analyze market information to help identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the Warranty department on the technical validation of claims and review of repair documentation.
Collaborate on technical training activities, new model launches, and preparation of the after-sales network.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive technical support, advanced diagnostics, after-sales engineering, or workshop technical management.
Solid knowledge of modern vehicle systems, including electric vehicles, ADAS, electronics, and connected technologies.

What you'll do

Proporcionar soporte técnico de primer y segundo nivel a la red de concesionarios mediante sistemas de gestión de casos, soporte remoto y asistencia presencial cuando sea necesario.

Dar soporte en procesos relacionados con vehículos de sustitución, devoluciones y recompra de vehículos.
Gestionar casos técnicos desde su apertura hasta su resolución, asegurando un seguimiento eficaz y una adecuada comunicación con la red.
Recopilar y validar información técnica, registros de diagnóstico, fotografías e informes antes de la escalación de incidencias.
Escalar incidencias complejas, problemas de calidad y casos críticos de cliente a los equipos regionales e internacionales siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
Apoyar la elaboración, adaptación y distribución de boletines técnicos, campañas de servicio y comunicaciones de calidad.
Garantizar que la red de concesionarios dispone de la información técnica más actualizada para la correcta reparación y mantenimiento de los vehículos.
Analizar la información procedente del mercado para contribuir a la identificación de tendencias, problemas recurrentes y oportunidades de mejora.
Colaborar con el departamento de Garantías en la validación técnica de reclamaciones y en la revisión de documentación de reparación.
Colaborar en actividades de formación técnica, lanzamientos de nuevos modelos y preparación de la red de postventa.

Conocimiento sólido de sistemas de vehículo modernos, incluyendo vehículos eléctricos, ADAS, electrónica y tecnologías conectadas.
Experiencia en diagnosis y resolución de averías complejas.
Perfil orientado al servicio y con experiencia en interlocución con concesionarios y talleres.
Capacidad para comunicar información técnica de manera clara y efectiva.
