Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un After Sales Project Coordinator en nuestras oficinas de Cheste.
Misión:
Gestionar las solicitudes de soporte de los clientes a través del (i) teléfono, (ii) portal de soporte u, (iii) otros medios, coordinando con el Operador del Cliente y cualesquiera otras áreas de PVH, el servicio de recuperación (Service Recovery) del Producto de manera ágil y eficaz, asegurando la eficiencia de los Procesos para restaurar la relación con el reclamante mejorando su futura satisfacción ante nuevas reclamaciones y conseguir la continuidad del negocio a través de la prescripción de nuestros productos para otros proyectos y otros clientes.
