En El Corte Inglés estamos evolucionando nuestra unidad de Retail Media hacia un ecosistema más avanzado, conectado y escalable, integrando activación, data, medición, tecnología y operaciones para generar mayor valor para marcas, categorías y negocio.
Buscamos incorporar un/a Ad Data Analyst Retail Media, un rol clave que actuará como nexo entre negocio, data, tecnología, activación y growth.
El reto será construir la capa de inteligencia operativa que permita escalar Retail Media: dashboards, modelos de seguimiento, señales de performance, automatizaciones y procesos que ayuden a tomar mejores decisiones, detectar oportunidades de crecimiento y convertir el dato en una ventaja competitiva.
Será una posición fundamental para conectar la operativa diaria con la evolución del ecosistema AdTech/MarTech, asegurando que herramientas, datos y procesos habilitan más automatización, mejor medición y mayor capacidad de crecimiento.
No buscamos un perfil puramente operativo. Buscamos una persona con mentalidad de builder, capaz de entender la operación desde dentro y transformarla en un sistema más inteligente, medible y escalable, donde el dato sirva para anticipar riesgos, optimizar campañas y capturar más valor.
Buscamos una persona con mentalidad de builder y visión growth, capaz de crear sistemas, dashboards y modelos que conviertan el dato en una palanca real de escalabilidad, eficiencia y revenue en Retail Media. Valoramos especialmente la capacidad de identificar ineficiencias y transformarlas en soluciones analíticas, automatizaciones y frameworks reutilizables que habiliten a otros equipos y aceleren la toma de decisiones.
