Capacidad para organizar la tarea priorizando e interlocutando con proveedores y otras áreas (reaseguro, analítica, oferta, riesgos, etc.). Disciplina para asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos de un proceso crítico. Capacidad de organización, priorización y distribución de tareas. Capacidad analítica y conocimiento actuarial.
